Refund Terms & Conditions
Returning Items - With the exception of personal use items, you may return any non-worn, unused, unaltered, non-laundered or defective item for a full refund within 60 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Your original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds are usually issued 3-5 days after the return package is received. We'll send an email confirmation when the refund is processed. When sending a return PLEASE KEEP THE TRACKING NUMBER. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGE UNTIL IT IS DELIVERED TO US.

Defective Items - Please contact our Customer Service Department, even if beyond 60 days of purchase, at sales@pluspos.com and include pictures of the defect and a brief description of the issue. If the item is deemed defective, we will either issue a replacement or refund (for orders placed within 60 days) back to your original form of payment. If outside the 60 days, an electronic gift card will be issued via email.
We have been in the lab working on new products for you, and have a distribution team in place to ensure your order ships right away. We take pride in knowing +POS products get passed down for generations. Whether it be a chest protector, leg guards, shoes, or clothing. Many sons and daughters are next in line to get trusted tried-and-true +POS products.
